Now, this isn't suggesting you eat a bundle of snacks in bed but suggesting consuming something small before getting out of it in the morning. The small snack helps to reduce stomach acid, which is what causes nausea.
Do your best to eat small meals often throughout the day instead of three large ones. Smaller meals are easier to keep down in between your bouts of morning sickness. So, eat 6 to 8 small meals during the day. Once you can keep food down, you can have something else in a couple of hours.
Eat only foods which are appealing to you.
