Sorry to hear about your morning sickness. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and in the month of my pregnancy i was fine until i found out i was pregnant and started taking my prenatal vitamins, thats when the morning sickness started all day long. so i tried taking my prenatal vitamins with 2 slices of bread toated with no butter and milk and at night just before bed. You might also want to ask your healthcare provider whether you can switch to a prenatal vitamin with a low dose of iron, this mineral can be hard on your digestive system. So pretty much it was my pills making me sick now that i changed to eating small and taking it before i go to bed i am fine. Good luck i hope you feel better soon.
