How to deal with constipation?

well I had kind of constipation for the last four days.then I decided to have laxative.and it worked really great!but firstly I had a massive stomachache and it hurt me so bad til I couldn’t sleep last nite.I pooped like 4th times lol and looked pale this morning.anyone knows what maybe cause my constipation?is there anyway to get rid of my habit taking laxative?

Eat a lot of vegetables daily. In the morning eat fruit. And in between meals one can eat fruit. Not junk food. The reason for fruit in the morning for breakfast is it gives a jump start for a person, gets their metabolism going. The sugar in fruit also gets the body going. All this causes the bawls to start moving so one can eliminate easily. But one may find they need to have something more solid mid morning so do so. By lunch one is really ready for a meal. Eat vegetables and grain foods, don’t mix meat and grain foods together. It causes one to put on weight. If you want meat only eat meat with vegetables. Same with dinner.

Taking an over counter remedy only gets someone dependent on it. Do the natural thing for the body. Later in life you won’t have those problems older people have. A lot of illnesses come from not eliminating properly. One should go to the bathroom after each meal. Very sick person that is heavy have one bawl movement very 3 or 4 days. The toxins in the waist cause the illnesses most people come down with. And if you were to ask the how often do they eat fruit and vegetables, they would most likely say, “none at all.”

Constipation is usually caused by a poor diet and dyhydration, if your not on any medications that could be causing it. Taking laxatives are safe every now and then but it shouldnt become a habit. It also seems you may have used too strong of one. Next time use a stool softner or gentle laxative thats made for women. As for preventing it as the above user stated fruits and veggies are great for keeping you regular. Some other things that help are prune juice, dried prunes, fiber rich cereals, fiber bars, water (which you should be drinking daily), etc.

Lol I did take laxative but it turns to habit all of a sudden and my question is how to get rid of it?…but sorry I don’t smoke lols thanks anyway
