morning sicknes...

Is there any way to make Morning sickness go away??? Ugh… make that morning sickness and cramping.

Answer #1

get enough sleep in and shower with mint sented soap to pep you up and cramps … dnno try warm tea.

Answer #2

Not really, but try muching on some crackers or dry toast to help settle the stomach.

Time will make things better, but if the sickness is severe (you can’t hold anything down), tell your doctor and he can prescribe you a medication made for this purpose.

I had morning sickness with all 3 of my pregnancies. It lasted from when I was about 1 month until the baby was born…with my daughter I was even throwing up while in labor. I would throw up at least 6 times a day, everyday. My doctor gave me some of the medication that ichibanarky told you about but it didn’t work, I would also throw that up. Somehow I kept gaining weight and the babies were healthy. I even tore up my esophagus from all the stomach acid coming up. I have heard that ginger ale, ginger, saltine crackers, basically anything bland helps…it didn’t for me but it does for other people. The ginger is supposed to settle your stomach so try ginger ale first, if it doesn’t work you can talk to your doctor about taking the ginger pills.

Sometimes in life you just have to suffer through and realize that you’ll be rewarded in the end. I wish you the best and congratulations. I hope that your morning sickness ends with the first trimester.

Here’s some things that helped me:

-Get out of bed slowly in the morning - pace yourself - getting up too fast can cause you to throw up. -Leave some plain crackers or dry cerel by your bed - eat some before you attempt to get up. -Try not to eat greasy or spicy foods - only makes it worse -Don’t drink while you are eating your meals - drink after. -Peppermint and Ginger Tea works wonders -It could be your prenatels - try taking them at night instead of in the morning

Ha ha I had little to no nausea when I was pregnant with my son!!! I literally threw up 2 times!!! But seriously folks. I drank 2 ounces of warm water and a teaspoon of baking soda everyday so that I wouldnt even experience it. Obviously it worked like a charm!
