This is what I do - I wake up later in the day so I skip my morning meal without noticing. I chew sugarfree gum or eat sugarfree breathmints/breathlollies all day. Drink a lot of ice cold water (your metabolism needs to quicken itself to warm the ice cold water to meet your body temperature and a high metabolism = more calories burnt) walk or run everywhere possible, always take the stairs. Jog on the spot, skip, star jump etc whenever you have a free minute.
Exercising while listening to music passes the time good or dancing even.
By the time it is night time your stomach is used to the rumbling and growling - have a small meal and your stomach begins its growling soon afterwards. (I had my meal about 45 minutes ago and im hungry again)
I think my body works so hard in the say that as soon as it gets food it eats it all up and then its back to starving again - I'm not entirely sure how it works.
Anyway, stay away from ALL foods with fat - saturated fat especially
You can have ice cold low fat milk to replace water once a day - this will stop your skin and teeth from getting unhealthy.
Believe me, I tried healthy diet and exercise and it was far from fast - I lost about 1 gram in a week. Not worth it.
