Is there a simple way to lose weight?

help!!! I really feel fat and want to lose weight fast! is their a way to lose weight and fast?

first of all hoodia probably isnt that healthy and second I know what wrks. I know a great way to lose 18 pounds in a month. im doing it rite now! al you have to do is eat special k cereal or waffles in the morning and replace a meal with a special k meal bar then eat dinner like normal. you can have two snacks but they have to be special k products and you CANT eat anything else. go to www.specialk.com to get more info. just stay on it for a month and your 18 lbs will b gone. good luck and oh your calorie intake is 1500 to 1600 calories per day! try sum running or take up a sport. I take ballet so that keeps me pretty fit im 15 and I weigh 116 but I want to be at like 108. every 2 weeks you are on the special k challenge you will lose 6lbs and 1.3 inches off your waist. anyway good luck!!!

You can lose weight really fast but you would end up really unhealthy and also would proberbly put it all back on as soon as you stop so I would do it the NORMAL way like everyone else and eat healthy and excersise.

hahahah, thats great! no there is no easy way to lose weight, if you use pills, well they may work…but you don’t really want to be poppin pills all your life to lose weight. Exercise is hard, so it’s not easy. Eating healthy is hard too! but it’s all worth it

I just eat healthy and run every morning except for sunday and im on hydroxycut, works like a charm!
