ways to fall asleep

I can’t sleep. I mean I’ll feel like really tired but I won’t be able to sleep at all. is there a natural way to help me fall asleep???

Heres a website with plenty of ways to help. I’d say reading and relaxing a few hours before you plan on sleeping would help a good bit.

Well, there’s plenty of things to do… to many to be written here. First thing would be to try to see what the reason is why you cannot fall asleep and remove that. Are you having late meals, caffeine, or bedroom distractions (tv, computer, phone)? Try to get rid of the stress and tension that is preventing you from falling asleep. Take an aromatherapy bath. Drink a warm glass of milk or tea that can help you fall asleep, like chamomile, valerian root tea, catnip tea and hops tea. (Chamomile works for me). Try to establish a routine (try to go to bed same time every night).
