Does anybody know anything I can do to fall asleep faster because I have a really hard time falling asleep
do exercise before going to bed and take a hot shower. put your ac at about 68 degrees this is fresh and with a lot of covers it feels great. Drink a nice warm cup of milk with a tsp of honey this causes you to relax.
The safe and healthy way is to run around outside all day and then come home,take a shower and go to sleep. Works for me.
take sleeping pills, but go to the doctoer and ask them frist so you dont take a wrong kind or somthing.
Drink some tea called Sleepy Time! It works super good!!:)
