what are some things that help you sleep?
A good music or a reading a book can make you easily fall asleep. a good sleep routine is also advisable. like taking a shower before sleep or doing some meditation before going to bed. Here is the best sleep advises you can prefer which was really helpful to me.
If you have a regular sleep schedule then it makes it easier to fall asleep. Also, try meditating or doing yoga before trying to fall asleep. Maybe taking a warm bath may help.
a good pillow, a clear mind, a warm glass of milk with honey, dont eat late, clean sheets, reading a book
music or sum times I anoy my sealf to sleep by talking to my sealf it didnt work for me today tho lol
drinking something warn the best thing is milk because it has a sleep inducing chemical in it
counting backwards from 100 very very slowly... peeing before bed and having a drink of water
exercise during the day then tylenol PM before bed
