Sprint for 10 seconds, jog for a minute, Sprint for 9 seconds, jog for 2min, sprint 8s, jog 3m, sprint 7s, jog 4 m, sprint 8sec, jog 3 m, sprint 9sec, jog 2min, sprint 10 sec, jog 1 min..... repeat until you puke/passout/get dizzy and run into a tree.
Take lots of vitamins and work out regularly. If you need the help join a fitmess class/ bootxamp to ge u in shape
ok do what chakan said i guess but DONT do it till you puke or pass out. Thats BAD!!!
Start jogging every morning, or try football drills=P
try to join muscle art club like karate or kung fu.
start running more and more
