yes, you can speed up your metabolism. oatmeal for breakfast is a good choice. it has loads of fiber that you need to speed up your metabolism. working out also is a big help. pretty soon you will notice changes in your body
I’m not too sure if there is an absolute way to speed up a person’s metabolism… I think it’s all about your body type… or I could be wrong =P because I also remember my teacher telling me that you start having a faster metabolism if you work out and weight train!! - so try that!! run in the morning, and eat a light breakfast afterwards… and if you find yourself geting hungry in between meals… you’ll know that your metabolism is increasing =)
