How many days until muscles shrink?
it depends on what you're talking about. If you were eating normally and are living a normal life but just stop working out, it would probably take about 6 months or more for you to get smaller. If you are sick or don't eat, it will be much faster, like days. But your body has something called muscle memory. If you start working out and eat enough after you lose the muscle, the muscles will come back to what they were about as fast as they were lost if not sooner.
