id do about 50 regular crunches, 50 crunches to the left side of your legs and 50 to the right side of your legs twice a day and increase the number of crunches you do like 5 per crunch syle every day till you reach 100 per

You have to do a lot! If you want to lose weight, you can also run. And don’t drink lots of sodas. If you drink water, it will make you full faster and longer! But you don’t only have to do situps! You can do different exercises to!
