The only good remedy is drugs. Which one is for you ? Your doctor may have to try a couple. (IF you are an addict, make sure your doctor knows.)

It may have something to do with your posture. Make sure you’re trying to keep your head straight on your neck. Your chin should be closer to touching your front of your neck; it shouldn’t be that the back of your head is closer to touching the back of your neck. That sounds confusing, I know… You shouldn’t always have your head tilted back, as that puts pressure on your spinal cord at the base of your skull. Drink plenty of water!! Excedrine extra strength migraine relief is the ONLY relief I get for my migranes… The best way to prevent them is to have good posture (shoulders back, neck straight), drink lots of water, eat healthily (take a vitamin as some deficiencies cause headaches), and exercise. When I get a particularly severe migrane, I like to roll onto my head, like a child doing tumbles, but without going all the way. Just that pressure is sometimes enough to relieve the headache.
