Who has amazing remedies for period pain?
Bad cramp :’( paracetamol DOES NOT WORK!!
Mefenamic acid usually works for me, but not this time.. so what do you guys use?
oh I dont take anything. but I definetly know what you’re going thru. mine are so bad they make me sick sometimes. but usually if I alternate between walking and sitting it works. or oddly enough hula hooping works for me
warm green tea and something like a water bottle filled with water on your stomach :D
I like the hula hooping plan :)
I just take Tylenol it usually gets rid of my cramps
I use ibmotrin and it works great it gets the cramps out less than 15 min
