Why can't I sleep at night?

I have found that I cant sleep, well i can sleep but not, fall asleep. I will lay in bed untill about 3-5am, unable to sleep. No matter if i know i have to be up at 7 the next morning, i cant fall asleep. But at the same time, because of going to bed so late, i can sleep in untill 11am-1pm. Do you think it could be some kind of sleeping dissorder, or what?

No, I’m the same way. It’s not necessarily normal. But it doesn’t mean somethings wrong with you. As long as your actually getting sleep I wouldn’t worry to much about it. You probably stay up so late because you wake up so late in the afternoon.

Take some Tylenol Pm & you’ll be ooooouuuuuuuttttt. Or see a doctor.

The melatonin is not being sent to your brain. That’s all, insomnia really. Could as your Doc.

Your days and nights a mixed up, not sleeping at all and it seriously affecting your life, thats a disorder. Sleeping in the morning and waking up in the afternoon, thats your days and nights mixed up :p its unpleasant but its got an easy fix, instead of going to sleep at 11 in the morning, stay up until that night, until its a reasonable time to sleep and you should sleep easily and wake up at a reasonable time. You go through one awful day but fix your sleep schedule.
