How do I get to sleep the night before a exam?

I need to sleep for 8 hours fully. So yesterday night I went to bed earli but I could not get to sleep and im talkin for hours. I was so upset because I thought it would effect my brain lol. Erm so tmoro I have a nother exam and I don’t want the same thing to happen, so what can I do to make my self self (without counting sheep (that doesnt work!) lol ) Need you to answer quick lol thanks (:

problem with sleep is that the more you stress about not sleeping, the more it keeps you awake. try clear your mind of not sleeping, exams etc, and breathe deeply. concerntrate on the breaths, slowly in, slowly out… like rolling waves.. its a yoga excersise that helps me sleep sometimes :) x
