Why can't I sleep at night or do but wake up and not feel like it?

It takes me forever to fall asleep, and once I do I wake up shortly after and cant fall back to sleep, so I get little sleep at night. On the rare chance I DO sleep I wake up and still feel as if I didn’t sleep at all. I’m so exhausted, everyday, Im tired of being tired, I cant keep doing this.

Does anybody know why this is happening or what I can do about it???

yea talking to a doctor would be best. have you tried using any drugs/medicines that help people with insomnia, if not you could use those and they should help

I would go to the doctor if you try the above remedies without success. Insomnia could be caused by a wide variety of things from depression to sleep disorders. Its no fun being tired all of the time. I hope you get rest soon!

I dont eat anything after 8 p.m. its not healthy, and I dont drink sugar drinks ever, I pretty much stick to water, green tea, and milk… I may try the warm milk but I do not liek warm milk AT ALL. And I’ve tried the music, and making sure Im comfertable, even sleeping pils… nothing works.. Thanks though!!!

ya I actually have had this before drink warm milk before you go to bed it ACTAULLY helps listen to the radio but like slow music & make sure your comfortable if your not thatt might have a lot to do with it , dont eatwithin three hours of bed time , & that includes sugary drinks , if you find your self waking up having to go to the bathroom than dehydrate your self before you go to sleep ,,, but honestly these things help but the onl only only thing that has worked for me was praying before I went to bed mmm mhope this helps!

I have only tried sleeping pills like tylonal PM and stuff
