Go on morning jogs. What I do is just when someone offers me a snack I politley decline it, I don't know when you have a choice choose the healthierr lower card one =] hope I helped !
just be very careful on what yu eat.
but dont force yur self not too eat.
excercise and you'll be perfect.
Exercise. Eat nuts, whole grains, oil and bran. Eat only a little meat.
