If I exercise for 30 minutes I day will stay in shape?

im going to jog for 30 minutes each day, im hoping that this will keep me in shape and possibly even lose some weight. will I?

30 mins is a great start but you should push yourself for more each week or month, however you want to do it. By pushing yourself to like an hour a day you will see really good results

Well yes thats A start however you will not stay in shape if you excersize then eat un heathy , Drink lots of water that will help too. I agree with erika810, an hour a day is best + pushing yourself will result not only in you being fit but phsically proficient - that puts you in a better shape than 95 % of the worlds population, but you know what you strive for…
