My body is slender and tall. I want to build more muscle but am having trouble doing so. Any help?
10% lifting 90% diet it if your having troubl you may not have good genetics and it may take you a loong time to build some mass
if you dont got good genetics for it then you have to force your muscles to grow, its not as easy as picking up a weight doing a few reps till you get tired you have to go beyond that
make sure your giving urself 30 sec rest between rest and if your not alredy doing so do supersets like for biceps do a normal curl until you cant anymore then go right into hammer curls
you really wont see mass gains until your lifting your own weight
military press, benchpress, pull ups, pull downs, once you start being able to go above your weight in those you will start gaining mass fast
If you want to bulk up you need to lift heavy weights. The way it goes is that small weights in long repititions will get you strength while maintaining a small body, big weights in small repititions will get you strength but will bulk up as well.
I think the only way to build muscle without equipment or with equipment is by doing strength training at least thrice a week. Also, take a good look at your diet more protein should be the norm, add more quality protein to all your meals.
working out is AMAZING!!! protein drinks and stuff like that. meat lots of meat. but build muscle. thats most important
lift weights drink protein shakes
