Does anyone know what the main netball stretches are called And how they are done?

Your question is pretty vague

There are static stretches, which should be done first and foremost - those include hip flexors, hamstrings, calfs, etc

Then, there are the dynamic stretches which require you to move your limbs to the full range of motion

Most of these stretches are basic and are taught in any gym class
