I pulled my hamstring a few weeks ago and I have been trying to restretch it out...I am a dancer and id kinda like to be able to stretch it out again..however all I seem to do is repull it or do nothing..
The hamstring is one of the hardest to heal..unfortunately for you. The best advice is to not stretch it for a while, just rest it for a week or two without stretching .They are tendons, and can tear..if you have pain all the time, then you better see a doctor, you could of torn them bad, and that would require surgery
yeah I agree with above I pulled my hip muscle a couple of monts ago and the dr. said to rest and heal on its own you can try stretching when your completly healed
