What are some better stretching tips for a dancer?

I’m a dancer and I was wondering if there were any types of tricks to stretching that will help you get more flexible. I do my basic stretching with my legs and arms, but I would like to know if there is something more I could do to get flexible! :D

You should also try stretching right after you work out or get finished practicing not only before. Stretching before is good for warming up but stretching after will increase your workout by 13% and your muscles are already warm so you are more flexible allowing for a deeper stretch.

lunges. best way to master splits. once your streches do planks ther the best for your core. I have been dancing for over 11 years. splits are needed most
