I've been thinking about starting to do a mix of yoga and dance and stretching... what do you think of the idea?
I think dance and stretching would go better bc yoga is calmer and more about meditation as for dance is about like 'lets move it!' lol, ya know what I mean?
or if not yoga and stretching would be good to.
but dancing is more cardio than yoga so it wouldnt really mix.
I just ment like doing yoga in a more dancing kinda poses ya know? id just feel more comfertable doing that to calm down and relax
