Like I said, have a healthy diet and do exercise (cardio and weights), to lose weight. When you lose weight, surprise surprise, your measurements get smaller too :)

not sure…but I do know that the most difficult area for women to lose inches is around their hips. 3 inches or however many you want to lose will take time and effort.

#1 - Your bust size might also shrink when you lose weight. #2 - The amount of weight you lose will differ from person to person when you’re trying to lose inches. Because, as I’m assuming you’re going to lose weight the right way (healthy diet & exercise), you will lose fat, but also tone/build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, but it won’t affect the inches you lose, as it’ll help make your body look tighter and toned as you shed the fat slowly.
