If yuh jog in the morning and eat healthy the whole week... And don't eat after 6 o'clock... How much weight would yuh loose???
well ... lolz eating healthy 4 only one week iz not gonna help. you have 2 keep on with it. you exercise and eat rite until you get da results you want. losing weight takes time you cant c it ova night
it depends if you have lots of water weight cuss if you do and exercise hard then you can lose 5lbs, but if not, then just 1 or 2lbs
uhmm... I meant like just eating healthyy... and sticking to that point...
