okay im 14 years old and im joinin track and I weight about 144 . im 4'9 I wanna be about 115 but my sister weighs 102lbs she is my triplet she is 4'8 should I weight 102 since she is pretty much my height?

nice goal. 115 is perfect. Just extercise and eat right.. NOT STARVE and you will get there slowly and evenetually :)
