I want to loose weight, you know same old same old, so I like running so I wanted a tred meel cause im embaressd to run outside with all the guys I know living on my street but its too expansive so im thinking bout just sucking it up and go run outside everyday. how quick will I see a difference after running 3 blocks everyday???
Do body weight exercises and small weights you wont get bulky but you will get tone. and when you add muscle it burns fat a lot more than just running if you run and lift light weights you will probably double your weight loss. as far as what to expect depends on ypur eating habbits and how active you are now. if you are big and not active then when you start in the first 2 weeks you should lose somewhere around 7-14 lbs but dont exppect that after the 2 weeks you will hit a plateau and you will most likely lose 1-4 lbs a week.
