I'm a girl. I am 5'2 in height and my weight ranges from 116 to 120 pounds. I realize that that's good for my BMI, but I would still like to have a flat stomach before the end of June. Does anyone have any exercise routines or foods they suggest that might help me achieve my goal of having a flat tummy?
Doing aerobics, and other exercises will help tense the muscles in your stomach, getting rid of the excess fat. Doing sit ups and crunches will help, you get in shape. Don't push yourself to hard though because it could cause you to strain a part of your body, and you wont be able to reduce belly fat before June. good luck! :)
It doesn't sound like you need to lose weight it sounds like you need to tone your stomach up some. I was 5'1.5 and about 130 and still had a flat stomach. Get into yoga =)
You should do exercises to tone your body instead of loosing weight.
