how many hours/minutes should I run on a treadmill (moderate speed) to loose a pound??
Did you know 3,500 calories is a pound... just exercise 3 or 4 times a week... eat good meals... dot eat too much candy or soda drink plenty of water... and you will see you lost weight!!! Good luck!=]
An hour to an hour and a half every day for about a mounth.
You should'nt just run you should keep a healthy diet because you will be putting on muscle weight :)
