How do I loose 30 pounds in a month? please help.
Losing 1 pound per week is considered as a healthy rate for losing weight for the average person...anything higher could damage your body such as losing muscle tissue too fast. A healthy diet is number 1, exercising is a great bonus that will help too.
go veegan for the month if you don't mind eating anything that had nothing to do with animals... or water diet if you don't mind going to the bathroom a lot...
As said, you don't. Two pounds maximum per week to be safe.
