I am a snacker I need to eat food I think I have a promblem I try to loose it but I cant if I loose it I gain it back :[ I know but I eat when I dont want to and my body makes me want to have it even if I try to walk away p.s I am 13 I dont want to hear about pills kk
You can't lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks. At least not in a healthy way. It's sounds like your issue is one of willpower more than anything. No one can help you with that except you. You just have to take a stand and say no. If you really want it enough, you'll be able to do it.
You cant lose it, not even in an unhealthy way. Sorry, not going to happen. You didnt gain it in 2 weeks, so it isnt going to disappear in that time.
The only way I can think of is a crash diet . But its deff. Not healthy .
