How do I loose 5-10 pounds if I am 14 years old?

Alright, Well, I am a 14 year old girl. I am 5’7” and I weigh about 160. I feel that I am too heavy for my weight. I refuse to starve myself, or do any dangerous crash diets. But, I still want to loose weight. Can anyone help me? Maybe some small tips that could just make me loose weigh here and there. I would appricate it very much!! Thank you!
