I've started thiss new work out,I think it worked because I feel the burn...but I have that slight soreness in my legs...th same thing I feel whenever im going to be sore the next day...how do I prevent hurting in the morning?thxx
Some say that by stretching you can reduce the soreness but the more you do your workout the less it's going to hurt until it no longer hurts a week or two depending on your workout.
I agree with stretching, take anti anti inflammatorys, and use a heating pad. Taking epsom salt baths also helps with aches and pains :)
yeah I agree with both answers :) and if you have 2 get up for school just work out harder on the weekends hoped I helped :)
