I agree with stretching, take anti anti inflammatorys, and use a heating pad. Taking epsom salt baths also helps with aches and pains :)
Some say that by stretching you can reduce the soreness but the more you do your workout the less it's going to hurt until it no longer hurts a week or two depending on your workout.Why is my body toned in the morning?
yeah I agree with both answers :) and if you have 2 get up for school just work out harder on the weekends
