How do I fix my aching muscles?

ok im trying out for cheerleading!! but I got up this morning and could BARELY move a muscle. everything hurts. whats a quick way to fix this? im spending like all of my free time practicing the dance and cheer.

hot bath!!! it’s really good!!! I’ve tried it!!! I know exsactly how you’re feeling!! good luck, hope it works with you the way it worked with me!!

Yeh I agree with ana a hot bath is proberbly the only thing that will help. Also you should make yourself get up and stretch your muscles.
