Unhealthy Weight Gain ;; Prevent Belly Fat From Jiggling

I weighed in this morning at 8:23 am at 154.7 Ibs. I weighed myself at 8:34 pm and I weighed 159 Ibs. That a lot of weight gained in a day, so I took a quick run, but it was so uncomfortable, my fat belly kept jiggling, so it was a short run. Unfortunatly, I didn't loose a single ounce. Anybody have suggestions on making your fat jiggle less when you run? It hurts really bad...
