How do I prevent side pains after running?

Okay so whenever I run for like a minute my sides start hurtin realll bad. anddd in gym class we have to run a bunch. and everytime I have super bad side aches. anyy way to stop this so they dont hurt nemore? I need help fasttt. we have to run a half mile in 3 minutes tomorrow and I wont be able to make it if I have to walk all the time because of my side :[

my teacher told me to strech before I run , and then drink some water , and when your running , breathe through your nose and out your mouth slowly

Also stretch real good before you do your run. . .

Run more… don’t drink so much water before you run… get in better shape… breathe in through your nose.. and out through your mouth.

your gettin a stitch make sure you keep breathin properly and dont ddrink or eat to much before you have to do runnin.X
