Eggs for morning workouts

are hard boiled eggs as good as cooked eggs in the amount of time for the protein to get digested? and which would be healthier?

If referring to fried or scrambled versus boiled? Boiled is best for calorie content. It doesn’t take any extra oils when boiling. Your body digest the egg the same. The fat added to cooking I’m not sure about. Boiled or poached is def. better.
