What healthy food to bring for lunch?

I’m still in school, and I like to bring my lunch because the school lunches are like 3000 calories (sarcastic) but they’re really bad. I need to lose a little weight, but I’m doing exercizes, and eating less, but what foods should I bring to lunch that are healthy, and don’t have many calories?

I love eating yougurt with berries and granola in it… it’s so good. I also like eating a lot of fruit cups and instead of juice boxes falovored water! Or those 100 calorie cookies

carrot sticks, whole grain bread, cashew nuts are good cause they fill you up.. apples, yoghurt, celery sticks, tuna and lettuce sandwhiches and lots of water!

Bring whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables.

Most vegetables have few calories but the problem is that if you fill up on just veggies that you will be hungry again soon (they don’t “stick to your ribs”). Whole grains and beans keep you satesfied longer.

Take some salad, apples, like your regular healthy food. Make sure your drink a lot of water, and stay away from pop! That’s deff. a big one. I always buy my lunch at school, and yes my school lunch has like what you said: 3000 calories in it :) GOOD LUCK.
