Lunch-pickle&apple juice
Supper-water&salad
Is this healthy or is it good for me 2 eat less because I don't feel hugrey at all but my mom says I should eat jw
well I dont know I have that problem too im hust not hungery but I eat around the same time a day and an every day thing I get yelled at because I dont eat like every one eles
You should introduce more veggies and oats in your diet ^^" good for your heart,colon,arterys and provides great nutritional values to you. Maybe 10 raw almonds a day too.
Thats basically one small unbalanced meal (protein calcium and meat) followed by a ton of acid and water. You need to do some homework on nutrition.

and it sounds like you are not eating enough.. trust me dont go to that path
Yeah... and pickles are very high in sodium.
