Beans, beans and more beans. Tofu can be disguised into a wonderful tofu burger with as little as 50 calories. You can eat as many vegetables as you want and still lose weight. Dont put butter on them. And raw is always better. A tblsp of peanut butter butter is also a good snack. For breakfast have Fibre one cereal with fresh fruit in it. There is Zero grams of sugar in that cereal. and drink water like it is going out of style.
