What foods are healthy that I can start easier and how can I increase my stamina
Protein is necessary for muscle building if that's the kind of stamina you're talking about. Mentally; vitamin B, sleep and exercise are all good ways to increase your concentration abilities. Organic foods are best, and be sure to steam your vegies; boiling them drains a huge portion of the vitamins. Broccoli and sweet potato's are good and red meats (unprocessed) are high in protein. :)
Eat celery, apples, meats (chicken, especially) no white starches. only the brown starches!
