Mostly I am looking for something that will help me lose weight but keep my blood sugar levels normal. Any ideas?
Really, since you're diabetic, you already can't drink regular sodas, sugary juices, candy, etc.Those are the main causes of weight gain. So I'm guessing what's keeping that extra weight on is lack of exercising.. Drink lots of water (diet sodas are really no better than regular) and exercise about 4 times a week. Keep up with the exercising, but don't overdo it.
