They dont look at them as “Devil Worshippers” they just look at them as they are corrupted from devil-like influence I.e. Blasphemy AKA Not Beleiving, which is the biggest sin, and someone of former christian backroun would knoww that sinning is considered evil and evil is manifested through Satan. So although I could see how you could have gotten that mixed up, just know they dont consider you a “devil worrshiper”

And if you dont believe in God, then you dont belive in the Devil, so how could being called a Devil Worshipper harm you also? Im just going to go with the conclusion that due to the fact that you are only 13, your mummy and daddy didnt give you what you wanted one day and therefor you blamed it on God and decided to be an Athiest thismorning. I’m sure some have, but I haven’t. The day I abandoned belief in exchange for reason, I became immune to having my feelings hurt just because people disagree with me.

After all, they might be right. I have to investigate novel arguments, and embrace them if they are sound.

Im sure they have. But its usually from christians and religous people who have been hurt as well, and feel like they always have to be on the defense with their religion.

There are definitely people who misunderstand why we’re Atheists.

Our disbelief does get associated with immorality. We get that we’re just rebelling, following a fad, or upset with god.

That can be hurtful when it is so false, but I don’t let the ignorance of other people bother me.
