how do i apply eyeliner on the top of my eye?
Tips
Lliquid eyeliner or pencil eyeliner. With liquid you glide the eyeliner just above the lash line and can make it as thick or thin as you would like. With a pencil you can apply it above the lashline or on the lashline and if you want to make it look more smooth and natural use a smudger to smudge it .
