What is the best way to apply eyeliner to my top lid evenly? I have been trying for quite some time now but I could never get it right. It either looks uneven, or I put too much or too little on.
close one of yur eyes. take the outside corner of yur eye and pull gently. apply the eyeliner as thick or thin as yu like. wait befre releasing yur eyes to normal. then continue to the next eye, liquid eyeliner is the best fr this. hope this helps. (harmony hearts)
