Why am I so tired all the time?

I suspect that it’s my diet because I think I exercise enough… What kinds of foods do I eat to keep awake during the day? I’m allergic to a lot of raw, fibrous/seedy fruits and veggies so those are out of the question and I already take multivitamins (Stresstabs to be specific). I also take vitamin A and potassium capsules. I get enough sleep, so that isn’t a factor, either…

You need your complex carbs - these you can get from fruits and vegetables (whichever ones you can eat) And your iron might be low - this is found in your red meats and green leafy vegetables like spinach

Have your doctor test you for anemia - you might require a supplement for that too.
