  Well I have the same problems but it's caused by my not sleeping and the fact that I play soccer everyday and weight lifting but see a doctor that's how I found why I felt this way.

  Are you getting a full nights rest? Not sleeping and getting you full REM sleep (reparing sleep) can cause all of those symptoms.
