Whats wrong even if I sleep till noon I am tiered all the time???
there is actually a ting as too much sleep. and noon getting up is fine, if you got to bed at 4am... your body doesn't need more than 8 hours, at most, anymore and it's detrimental to your health...
are you finding yourself with like 'hangover' symptoms too? like a cloudy / cotton wool head? and stiff and aches?
yeah I agree you need more vitamins and I dont think over sleeping is good or maybe you feel tired since you just got up and you feel very lazy.

u need more vitamins... try eating breakfeast. you said you didnt. maby that it why...
